Nothing on Florida Dance Connect is for sale. Donations to REL Professional Services LLC are voluntary gifts that fund hosting and development, and every feature of the site stays free whether or not you give. Because donations are put to work as soon as they are received, please only give what you intend to keep given.
If a donation was made in error — a wrong amount, a duplicate, or a charge you did not recognise — email us at dmac@relproservices.com and we will work with you to return it. Outside of those cases, donations are non-refundable, and a recurring donation already sent for the current period is not returned; cancelling stops future payments going forward.
We do not process payments ourselves, so any refund has to be issued through the payment app you used (Square, PayPal, Venmo, or your bank for Zelle). Each provider has its own dispute and reversal process, and Zelle transfers in particular are generally treated as final by banks and cannot be reversed once sent.
Recurring donations live with the payment app you set them up in, not with us. Cancel from that app — for example in your Square receipt email, or under automatic payments in PayPal — and no further payments are taken. Nothing on the site changes when you cancel, because every feature is and always will be free. If you have any trouble, email dmac@relproservices.com and we will help.
